Make-A-Wish® grants the wish of a child diagnosed with a life-threatening medical condition in the United States and its territories, on average, every 38 minutes. We believe that a wish experience can be a game-changer. This one belief guides us. It inspires us to grant wishes that change the lives of the kids we serve.

Powered by wish families, volunteers, donors and friends, Walk & Run For Wishes is a nationwide Make-A-Wish fundraiser that celebrates the thousands of wishes that have already been granted, while raising funds for future wishes. By participating in the Kansas City Walk & Run for Wishes, at Sporting Park you can help bring the life-changing impact of a wish to children battling life-threatening medical conditions in our community.
